Privacy Policy

• Email address, when you sign in, buy a plan, join the hiring window alert list, or contact us.
• Practice results for signed-in owners: scores, timings and answers from practice runs and mocks, so your history appears on your dashboard.
• Purchase records from Stripe: what you bought, when and the amount. Card details are handled by Stripe and never reach us.
• Messages you send through the contact form, and our replies.
• Anonymous usage data: pages viewed, how you arrived (for example a search engine), device type, and free demo starts and scores, linked to a random ID stored in your browser. Page-view analytics run only if you accept analytics in the cookie banner.

• To sign you in, provide what you bought, and show your results.
• To answer your messages and process refunds.
• To send hiring window alerts if you asked for them. Every alert lets you unsubscribe.
• To understand which pages and demos are useful and improve the site.
• To prevent abuse, such as rate limiting repeated requests.

We don't send marketing emails unless you asked for them, and we don't use your data for ad targeting.

Only the service providers needed to run the site, under their own privacy and security commitments:

• Stripe (payments)
• Vercel (hosting and privacy-friendly aggregate analytics)
• Neon (database hosting)
• Resend (sending email)

We may disclose information if required by law. We do not sell or rent personal information.

Account and practice data is kept while your account exists. Purchase records are kept as long as needed for tax and accounting. Contact messages and anonymous analytics are deleted when no longer useful. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.

• Accept or reject analytics any time on the Cookie Policy page.
• Ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion of your account and results.
• Unsubscribe from alerts using the link in any alert, or by emailing us.

California residents have the right under the CCPA/CPRA to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion or correction, and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Residents of other states with privacy laws have similar rights. To make a request, email hello@atsapractice.com. We will verify the request using the email address on the account.

ATSA Practice is intended for adults applying for air traffic controller positions and is not directed to children under 13. We don't knowingly collect information from children.

Connections are encrypted, sign-in uses single-use links and signed session cookies, and access to stored data is restricted. No online service can be perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.
